CLOUGH ENJOYS
BIG DAY OUT
The people of Derby saluted the Master Manager when he was given the Freedom of the City (May 4th, 2003). He was driven to some of his favourite places in a vintage Rolls Royce. "It's a tremendous honour," he said.
Brian was greeted at the Baseball Ground by the chairman of Derby County, Lionel Pickering.

He told reporters at the Baseball Ground: "I feel fine...top of the world...I feel better now I'm standing here."

The Master Manager was accompanied by his grandson, Stephen, and later had a kick-about with him at Pride Park. "It was nothing short of incredible," said Clough. "Everything's gone like a dream."
